A nightmare, huh? We were a few senior doctors who traveled from various regions of India to spend a short time together with our families. The hotel was booked by one of us. It was alright at reception, and the rooms were assigned correctly. The rooms were tidy. The issue began as soon as we arrived at the restaurant. We also found it odd that they were acting so severely out of control. impolite and conceited. We paid in full and made a three-night reservation. The room service the next day was awful. No one was taking out plates that contained food trash from the prior night or coming to the room. When pressed, they began acting inappropriately. According to that guy, the proprietors are Bihar's neta, and they don't give a damn. He won't listen to your complaints, so don't bother. We some how spent three days bearing humiliation. Worst was not yet over. They slammed us with $5,000 charges for missing hair dryers and unclean towels once we checked out of the hotel and there was just one guy around to settle the bills. Most of the time, we've stayed in nice hotels. It was a terrible surprise. One of the employees gave us his phone number and stated that similar incidents happen there on a daily basis.

It was a lovely experience..the staff was gracious to give us an upgrade to the Royal suite!! The pool was the best...it was very clean and was well maintained. Daily breakfast was a delight...with variety of options and daily change in menu The staff was very courteous and always had a welcoming smile!! It was amazing stay and wish to visit again soon!

It was excellent stay. Staff was very supportive and friendly. They immediately changed our room when we informed them AC was not working they immediately upgraded our room. Food was delicious. Pool was clean. Breakfast spread was very good. Enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights.
